 Process:

1. Please check your credit balance once before topping up.
2. Select the amount of RMB you want to top up.
3. Key in the mobile number you want to top up,  11-digit, usually the first two digits are 13, 15, 18.
4. Click "Add to cart" or "Buy it now"
5. Sign into your account
6. Checkout the order and make payment.
7. Please check your credit balance again after 1 hour.

Notes: 

• Orders are non-refundable
• Please make sure that the mobile phone number you want to recharge/reload/top-up is correct before placing an order, if you are not sure about the mobile phone number, please do not place an order in a hurry.

Delivery:

• Orders received during normal business hours/delivery times will be processed in a timely manner.
