 Process:

1. Please check your credit balance once before topping up.
2. Select the amount of RMB you want to top up.
3. Key in the mobile number you registered for your xiaohongshu.
4. Click "Add to cart" or "Buy it now"
5. Sign into your account
6. Checkout the order and make payment.
7. When you are ready to receive the OTP, click "Help" on bottom left to enter the chat. In the message input field, tell us that you are ready to receive the OTP, then provide us the Order No. and your Xiaohongshu account name.
8. Key in the OTP you receive in the chatroom.
9. Please check your credit balance again when we inform you the recharge is done.

Delivery:

• Orders received during regular working hours (9 am-8 pm) will be processed promptly.
• Douyin Diamond top-up is done online, and no physical items will be shipped to you.
