 Process:

1. Please check your Diamond balance once before topping up.
2. Select the amount of Diamonds you want to top up.
3. Provide the Douyin account number (UID), which is either 11 or 16 digits, you wish to top up

5. Sign into your account
6. Checkout the order and make payment.
7. Have your mobile, which you used to register your douyin with, ready.
8. Use the ‘Help’ chatroom to talk to us and send us the OTP you received on your mobile.
9. Please check your credit balance again.

Delivery:
