Gift card validity period and extension:

The Ctrip Gift Card sold on the official website shall be valid for no less than three years from the date of issuance, and shall be used within the validity period of the Gift Card. If you need to continue to use the gift card, you can go to the "Card Validity Period" list to operate "Extension", or contact customer service to apply for "Extension" to reactivate the balance in the card, and the extension time limit is 12 months from the retroactive date of application.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Cash Value Product, once sold, non-refundable.
2. This is a cash value gift card from CTRIP, can only be used on CTRIP account.
3. You need to have a CTRIP account in order to use the card. Make sure you have an account first.
4. The gift card code will be sent through email. No physical items or recharge cards will be sent to you.
5. Orders received during normal working hours/delivery hours will be processed promptly.
6. Placing an order is considered as your understanding and acceptance of the 'Terms and Conditions.'
